Client marketing for my listings arrived today. I'm pretty sure the door mat isn't hiding the fact we had a delivery! lol!
I had the pleasure of working with the most wonderful couple purchasing a home here locally. They were tickled with this beautiful house. It had a second home in the back, a gourmet kitchen, and room for every member of the family to visit AND a bocce ball court. (This seems to be a recurring theme lately!) Even better, we closed in two weeks, the transaction went extremely smooth, and everything was done so they could enjoy the process rather than enduring stressful details. Email me if you are looking to buy or sell with less stress!
January 2015 Woodcreek News reports "The Center for Digital Government (CDG) has named the City of Roseville, California one of the top technologically progressive and innovative cities its size in the United States. This marks the 4th time in 5 years . . . as one of the top"
This is fantastic news for keeping our home values on the right path!!
People buy homes based much on how that home makes them feel. Here's the basics of what you can do right now! You'd be surprised. It's the simple things that count the most:
- Clean! Make your home clean, dust free, and feeling fresh!
- Remove all clutter! Remove almost all items on counter surfaces, extra furniture, patios. Make your home feel spacious!
- Dress your front entry appropriately! If your entry has no personality or overwhelming personality, people will drive right on by! We want them to get out of their car and at least take a peak inside!
- Smell great! Homes that smell fresh leave better impressions. Pick a subtle scent that isn't overpowering.
There's a number of other items that will make a home sell for more money and we can discuss that in a personal consultation, but above are the absolute musts!
